VCH Wiltshire Volume XVIII is nearing completion, and is due to be published in 2009. The volume covers part of Highworth, Cricklade, and Staple hundred, in the north-east of the county. The parishes that will be included in the volume are Ashton Keynes, Cricklade (St Mary's and St Sampson's), Eisey, Latton, Leigh, Lydiard Millicent, Marston Meysey, Minety, and Purton, including Braydon. Draft versions of each chapter can be accessed via the links to the right of the page.

Whilst the finishing touches are being added to Volume XVIII, work has already begun on Volume XIX, which will comprise of Longleat estate and the upper Wylye valley, in the south-west of the county. It will cover the following parishes: in Heytesbury hundred are Boyton, Chitterne (All Saints and St Mary's), Codford (St Mary's and St Peter's), Brixton Deverill, Heytesbury, Horningsham, Imber, Knook, Orcheston St. George, Tytherington, and Upton Lovell; in South Damerham hundred are Compton Chamberlayne, Longbridge Deverill, and Monkton Deverill. An early draft of the hundred Introduction can be found to the right.
