Communities Minister launches VCH exhibition at Houses of Parliament

The Rt. Hon Ruth Kelly MP, Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government and Minister for Women, launched a Victoria County History (VCH) exhibition at the Houses of Parliament in June 2007.
