Working for the VCH

The VCH has few permanent staff. There is a team of five in the VCH central office who are employed by the University of London, and county staff in Oxfordshire, Staffordshire and Wiltshire. Otherwise editors, researchers and administrators, who are all qualified historians, are employed on contract.
