St Nonna Parish Church, Altarnun
The church of St Nonna in Altarnum in Cornwall, has one of the highest church towers in Cornwall. Its west tower is 109 ft high. The church is located on a hillside besides the picturesque village of Altarnum. It has north and south aisles. Its north and south porches still have typically Cornish wagon roofs. Inside it has a remarkable set of 79 decorative bench ends with carvings of saints, angels, a fool, a fiddler, a man playing bagpipes to name a few.
