As part of the external communications strategy of the England's Past for Everyone Project, a series of quarterly newsletters were produced and circulated among the project supporters, stakeholders, members of the local communities in which the project was active and the wider local history community.  Called EPE News, these publications allowed the dissemination of information from the central project management team and support staff, including messages from the Project Manager, reviews of events, launches and publications, profiles of new staff, profiles of volunteers and local contributors and notifications of forth coming events.  In total 14 editions of EPE News were produced between the Autumn of 2006 and the Winter of 2009.

In addition to EPE News, the project also published Annual Reports, detailing the progress of the project across all ten of the project localities, the progress of the three published outputs (paperback series, website and schools materials), the historic environment research program a breakdown of annual expenditure.

Following the successful conclusion of the England's Past for Everyone project in April 2010, a special evaluation edition of EPE News was produced for each of the ten project localities
